First Date...In a While

It had been almost six months since Dan and I went out on a date. I know, it’s pretty sad. The reason is not because we despise each other, it’s because our lives have been just pretty darn hectic. When things were finally slowing down, Dan and I saw our opportunity and took it! A couple of weeks ago, while a wonderful young woman babysat our kids, we took a stroll to the Disney Resort Mall, Iksperia. There’s a lot of wonderful restaurants to choose from, including a scrumptious Hawaiian Burger joint (one of Dan’s favorite). We chose a yummy Korean BBQ (Yakiniku) restaurant. It was really fun to cook our own food over a small crock of coal. And the food was oh so good! We had a great time getting out, just the two of us.
