Hanami

A Japanese traditional custom during the sakura (cherry blossoms), is to hanami, or view flowers. We joined hundreds of people at this very old park in Ichikawa, and relaxed under the trees all afternoon. The cherry trees there were gargantuan, and the grounds were beautiful.



This is Sissy after she ran right into a swing (the swing happened to be moving as it was occupied). She was knocked off her feet and landed flat on her face. She was okay, but it gave us both a scare.
