Hans Christian Anderson Park
A Japanese entrepreneur with a taste for European culture, developed an expanse park dedicated to the fairy tale author; in the middle of farm country nonetheless! There are various old style European buildings and homes surrounding the cobblestone "square," including a memorial and statue of Anderson. Off in the distance stands a working windmill. Beyond this point, there are various trails that take you to different areas of the park where you'll find a wide range of activities for the whole family. The park boasts a large elaborate wade pool for the kids, 3-story slide, story telling, puppet shows, petting zoo and many other random recreational things to do. We got there a bit late, but we all still had a lot of fun. We'll definitely be visiting again soon!

That looks gorgeous! I want to go there if we EVER go to Japan! Which may NEVER happen since I NEVER want to fly over the ocean!
